A FEW THINGS I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED

Contributed towards designing South Africa's biggest Telco Super App and increased engagement by 22%

 

BUT, DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT ...

The Apple Card project allowed me to work a bit more closely with Monica.  A few things I’d note about her participation in the project: (1) Her design skills - we have a very challenging client (Apple) which I am sure made her craft more challenging, but I was really impressed by the assets (landing pages, banners etc) that she ultimately produced (2) Her external skills - I think she probably doesn’t have as much external interaction typically…but with this project she presented her designs, took feedback from the partner, explained her rationale for certain design decisions…all in a very professional and effective manner, (3) I found her collaborative, open to feedback, and someone who makes Booking a great place to work
